This government-run place is the town's original hotel. It has rooms split between two riverside blocks. All are large and classically styled with private baths and some even have lovely mountain views. Turn left out of the bus station, cross the bridge, and follow the signs to turn right down the lane into the hotel courtyard.
The rooms in the new block are considerably more appealing than those in the old block and worth the extra money.
