Oriental Art Center

Shanghai

Home of the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, the Oriental Art Center was designed to resemble five petals of a butterfly orchid. There are three main halls that host classical, jazz, dance, and Chinese and Western opera performances. Free tours of the centre are conducted on the first Saturday of the month (from 1.30pm to 4.30pm).

Saturday brunch concerts (10am, held on the first and third Saturday of the month) cost from ¥40 to ¥90.
