Kafka Sweets & Gourmandises

Macau

One of Macau's best French-style bakeries outside of hotels, Kafka is run by a Cordon Bleu–trained pastry chef. The minimalist shop is named after Franz Kafka, because 'Braga' is Portuguese for Prague, where Kafka was born. The cakes, mousse-filled or spongy, are delectable, colourful and kind of small. They also make very good waffles and coffee.
