Sūzhōu Watertown Youth Hostel

Suzhou

Tucked away down Dashitou Xiang (Big Stone Alley), a lane off Renmin Lu, this 200-year-old courtyard complex houses an OK hostel. Rooms on the 2nd floor are quieter while ground-floor rooms have better wi-fi reception. Dorms are compact but clean enough. The cosy Sūzhōu-styled patio invites you to chill, and big bottles of Qīngdǎo are cheap.

The cheapest twins and the triples are with shared shower. The airport bus station is just a stone’s throw away.
