Lǐshì Guōtiē Guǎn

Top choice in Nanjing

This restaurant is popular for its juicy and totally delicious beef 'potsticker' dumplings (牛肉锅贴, niúròu guōtiē). These golden, crispy wonders are easy on the wallet (¥10 for five) if not the waistline. Order and pay inside and collect the dumplings from the front.

There's no English menu but there are pictures around, so pointing is always an option.
