Cross Cafe

Hong Kong

Taking its cue from the traditional Hong Kong cha chaan tang (tea restaurants), this cafe with minimalist white seating and red neon signs offers a contemporary twist on the much-loved original. Dishes such as oatmeal in Trappist mango papaya milk, or fluffy pineapple bun with truffled scrambled egg, make for a satisfying breakfast. There's no English sign; look for the neon Chinese characters.
