Jockey Club Mt Davis Youth Hostel

Hong Kong

If you're not afraid of ghosts (Mt Davis is said to be haunted) then this peaceful hostel may be for you. It's not walking distance from anything except military ruins, but makes up for it with a free shuttle bus and killer harbour views. You must be a Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association member, or arrive willing to buy annual membership (HK$150). Bring bug spray.
