Yum Cha – Central

Hong Kong

With four branches across Hong Kong, Yum Cha is one of Hong Kong’s most loved modern dim sum chains. Why? Mainly thanks to the super Instagrammable (and admittedly gimmicky) pork buns that look like pigs, and gooey custard buns with eyes. Themed dishes accompany a mix of traditional and twist-on-the-classic dim sum offerings, served with a generous selection of tea.

The Central outpost is a lovely light space overlooking busy Des Voeux Rd, inside a shopping mall.
