This skinny, buzzing outpost of the famed NYC pizzeria puts out charcoal-kissed Neapolitan pizza with a bubbly and flavourful crust that will give your jaws a delectable workout. The brussels-sprout and smoked-pancetta version is especially glorious. Reservations accepted for lunch; the fixed-price weekday lunch menu is a good deal at HK$138 for pizza and a soft drink.
