Mana! Fast Slow Food

Hong Kong

Craving fresh fruit and veggies? Drop by this vegan and raw-food haven that whips up smoothies, salads and flatbreads (available gluten-free). The latter are baked in-shop by the cheerful staff then smothered with organic greens and Mediterranean dips. Besides tasty, guilt-free food, Mana offers a chilled-out vibe that makes you forget its physical smallness and not-so-bohemian prices.

There's now a second branch close to Tai Ping Shan St in Sheung Wan, with made-for-lingering canopied outdoor seating in a ladder street and more of a coffee-shop feel.
