After its success as a pop-up in Hong Kong in 2016, this New York speakeasy finally opened its first-ever permanent fixture outside of the States. Hidden on the mezzanine above MO Bar in the Landmark Mandarin Oriental and accessible only through a phone booth portal, PDT trades on refined cocktails pared with its equally delicious tatter-tots and hot dogs.
