Dr Fern's Gin Parlour

Hong Kong

Just what the doctor ordered: lying somewhere between a Victorian hothouse and a scientific lab, Dr Fern's draws on gin's botanical biology for its trippy look. It's hidden behind a 'Waiting Room' door in the basement of the Landmark mall (enter from Pedder St) and it's table service; wait to be greeted by a doctor. Book ahead for the evening.

There are more than 300 gins on the menu. Can't decide? Use the gin flavour wheel at the front of the menu to guide you through the different categories. G&Ts start at HK$95 and climb to about HK$220.
