Not as insalubrious as it sounds, rather than charging by the hour this budget hotel is professionally run and conveniently located across from the bus station. It has a few scuffs, but rooms are spacious, have western-style bathrooms, cable TV and reliable air-con. No English is spoken, but staff do their best to assist and can offer a discount.

There's a taxi rank out front if you need a car to visit the geopark.
