Perched near the top of Eling Park, this 1950s currency-printing factory has been revamped as a hip industrial hangout, with bars, stylish restaurants, 20-somethings posing for photos in front of distressed concrete, and even a milk-tea truck. Come at night for cool views looking out over the neon-lit cityscape.
It's a 15-minute walk uphill from either metro station or a short cab ride.
