The speciality at this hip canteen is règānmiàn (热干面; literally 'hot dry noodles'), a Wuhan breakfast gutbuster of chewy wheat noodles topped with sesame paste, soy, pickled vegetables, chives, crushed peanuts and chilli oil, which should be vigorously stirred through before eating. Order at the counter on entry; use the iPad for English translations.
Other dishes include rice noodle soups, fried sweet potatoes and sticky rice cakes. Wash it all down with Belgian beers and, curiously, Nespresso capsule coffee.
