Brasserie

Grand Cayman

The Brasserie can guarantee the freshest of seafood, because its own fishing boat goes out daily to catch it. There's also a thriving garden for produce and a beehive for honey. The result is an eclectic, innovative menu that changes frequently but is always delectable. For lighter fare including sandwiches, salads and breakfast, stop by the on-site Market Cafe.

A new smokehouse and barbecue joint, Caboose, also works if you're in a rush. But the food is only so-so.
