As contemporary as the name suggests, this elegant hotel on one of the city’s swankiest streets is part of the Spanish Barceló chain. Rooms have mahogany or grey-stained hardwood floors, a plush yet understated colour scheme and large bathrooms with walk-in showers. The only downside is that some people have complained about noise from adjoining rooms.
