Dine at this superb restaurant in Hotel Rural Victoria's elegant atrium. There's exemplary presentation and flair in such dishes as duck confit with saffron, and the Canarian classic, rabbit in salmorejo (a marinade of bay leaves, garlic and wine) with mojo potatoes, as well as the mus de gofio con almendras (gofio mousse with almonds).
