Liceo de Taoro

The 19th-century Liceo de Taoro has a magnificent setting high above the square. It's now a private club, where you can still order a drink from the bar within and take it to the front terrace overlooking the ornamental gardens, planted with birds of paradise and poinsettias, and the rooftops beyond.
