Looking a little like suburbia, this distinctive complex sits 2km north of town overlooking Famara's beach, beneath the sweeping Risco. It's a steep-terraced arrangement of one- to three-bedroom holiday bungalows and villas (with pool), and each is different – some artily boutiquey, others simple and letting the views sing. There are good long-stay discounts, a surf school and a yoga-and-massage centre.
