The latest venture from prize-winning Catalan chef Luis León, elegantly relaxed Cala breathes creative flair into Canarian cuisine amid distressed-wood walls, moody lighting, circular mirrors and tables adorned with fresh flowers, overlooking the Charco de San Ginés. Expertly executed dishes swing from grilled queso fresco dipped in pumpkin marmalade to salmon in a cava sauce, and plenty of grilled meats.
