It's impossible to miss this looming green skyscraper, which, unsurprisingly, was built before César Manrique introduced strict building guidelines. Like it or loathe it, the turquoise-styled, glassed-in 17th-floor bar has unbeatable panoramic views across Arrecife and the volcanic wilds behind, and is always busy with people popping in for coffee, breakfasts (€2 to €7), cocktails and Lanzarote wines.
