Pensión la Cubana has quaint whitewashed rooms with wobbly floorboards and creaky doors, but only a few have private bathrooms. There’s a kitchen for guest use, free tea and coffee, and a wonderful large communal lounge with comfy sofas, books to read and a small balcony overlooking the pedestrian street.
