Once located on the site of an old house-hospital founded in 1514, this magnificent but very petite former theatre originally opened in 1866 and reopened in 2014 as a cinema. Ask staff if you can pop inside to admire the interior with its painted ceiling above the stage and elegant old galleries. Even better, go see a film.
Films are mostly mainstream fare, despite the art-house looks. Tickets are €1 cheaper on Wednesdays (except for premieres) and for matinées on Saturday and Sunday.
