Samsara

Samsara is located across from the Palm Beach hotel, with a giant Buddha statue setting an appropriate tone. Dishes blend Canarian and Spanish ingredients with Asian flavours, such as smoked goat's cheese with wasabi or black pasta with prawns and shellfish in lemon sauce and lemongrass. Reservations are recommended.
