Hacienda del Buen Suceso

Gran Canaria

Set among lush banana plantations about 1.5km north of town, this aesthetically renovated country estate dates back to 1572. The rooms are rustic yet elegant, with white linen, beamed ceilings and luxuriant carpets. Service can be a little brusque though, and the restaurant receives mixed reviews: consider dining in town instead. The wi-fi is in public areas only.
