Griendel Brasserie Artisanale

Top choice in Québec City

Anchor tenant on Rue St-Vallier Ouest in up-and-coming St-Sauveur, Griendel occupies a huge old corner shop with lots of windows and great light. Choose from among the two-dozen broues (brews) on the blackboard, most of which are brewed in-house. There are burgers and poutine, but it's generally agreed they serve the best fish-and-chips ($15) in town.
