This rechristened and rebranded hotel around the corner from restaurant-lined Ave Cartier offers modern rooms and professional service. The two-dozen rooms range in size from small and modestly furnished to spacious numbers with nice extras, such as a fireplace. They’re done up in a sleek, modern style that tries to reflect the well-heeled neighborhood and nearby fine-arts museum.
Room 105 is lovely; we just hope German guests don’t lie in bed wondering what to make of the trendy script on the walls wishing them Good Night/Bonne Nuit/Gute Natch.
