Probably the fanciest (schmanciest) fine-dining experience you can have outside the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Québec City, this place awash in starched white table linens, sparkling cutlery and shimmering crystal glasses has been serving the likes of escargot, foie gras and chateaubriand since 1956. The late Anthony Bourdain praised its 'unironic cuisine ancienne,' which is good enough for us.
There's a three-course set menu for $64.
