La Souche Limoilu

Québec City

This very comfortable pub spread over two large rustic rooms in the Limoilu district across the St-Charles River serves dozens of its own brews, including the unforgettable La Souche Mango #5. (Yes, mango and it is very good.) Normally food at a microbrewery is a second thought, but the poutines ($9 to $16) here are among the best we've tasted.
