West Point Lighthouse

Prince Edward Island

This lighthouse toward West Point ranks as one of PEI's quirkiest places to stay. Located on the lighthouse's 2nd floor, the tower room commands breathtaking views over the Northumberland Strait. Less impressive (but probably more practical) is the adjacent 11-room inn, which has simple modern rooms, all with private balconies. You can also sleep in the former lighthouse-keeper's quarters.

Wi-fi is only available in the common areas.
