Sleeping Giant Brewing Co.

Top choice in Northern Ontario

Established in 2012, this microbrewery was one of the first to take the risk of making different beers in a city known as a 'lager land.' The brewery can be credited with nurturing Thunder Bay's food culture, which has grown under the mantra of local ingredients and local knowledge, something that Sleeping Giant has championed since the beginning.

You'll find the Northern Logger lager in many restaurants, but it's well worth heading to the brewery's taproom to sample one-off special brews.
