Kingston Brewing Company

Kingston

Chow down on burgers and sandwiches (mains $18) amid flickering Christmas lights and kitschy beer-themed paraphernalia, or grab a patio table outside. In summer they make beer using a recipe dating back to 1841, when Kingston was capital of the Province of Canada.

The local beers are good, but there is also a great selection of regional and international beers on tap. For something a little different, try their cask ale – a traditional English way to serve beer through a pump with lower carbonation, but with a lot more flavour.
