Flyjin

Old Montréal

Flyjin walks a fine line between speakeasy and high-end Asian brasserie, serving up tender sashimi, tuna tataki and green papaya salad to a party-minded crowd who are equally interested in the finely crafted cocktails (like sake mojitos and cachaça–dragon fruit combos). It has a barely marked entrance, leading down to the subterranean – but beautifully designed – space.
