Wabasso Campground

Jasper National Park

This peaceful, remote campground sits 18km south of Jasper Town on Hwy 93A. Despite having 231 sites (including several with electrical hookups and/or wheelchair access), the grounds are spread out and fairly private. Walk-in tent sites along the river are wooded and lovely. Amenities include hot water and flush toilets, but no showers. Reserve ahead via the Parks Canada website.

Wabasso is a good staging post for forays into the Tonquin Valley.
