Gaze through internal windows at the shiny, steampunk-like booze-making equipment when you visit this handsome saloon-like tasting room. It's not all about looks, though. During happy hour (Monday to Thursday, 3pm to 6pm and after 8pm), sample housemade vodka, gin varieties and several whiskeys plus great $6 cocktails. Tours are also available ($10, 11:30am and 1:30pm Saturday and Sunday).

The start of happy hour is announced by a steam whistle, so you'll know exactly when to start imbibing. Don't miss a hit or two of the rich, copper-colored Endeavour Old Tom Gin.
