At sunset, plop down on one of the plastic patio chairs then eyeball the sailboats steering toward shore as the pyrotechnic sky unfolds. There are usually a couple of BC wine offerings, along with tasty local beers from R&B Brewing (Red Devil Pale Ale recommended). Grub is of the beer-battered fish-and-chips variety, but the salmon burger is recommended.

This 2nd-floor spot is a family-friendly joint where you'll mostly meet locals. They're always up for a chat and you can quiz them about other sunset-viewing spots around the city (they'll likely mention Third Beach in Stanley Park).
