It’s hard not to love a restaurant whose name is short for 'sophisticated bohemian,' a label that might have been invented with Tofino in mind. Once a humble food truck, Sobo is now an ultra-contemporary bricks-and-mortar bistro with floor-to-ceiling windows. The salads are exceptional and the pizzas (especially the exotic mushroom) aren’t far behind.
The menu's showstopper, though, is the broiled oysters with miso mayonnaise.
