Fernie's distillery sits next to the old station building and produces small-batch (200 bottles per batch) hand-crafted gin and vodka. Turn up, view the stills, chat with the owners, sip the product and enjoy an extremely convivial laid-back atmosphere. The Prospector Gin and No 9 Mine Vodka are great, but don't forget to ask about the 'seasonal spirit'.
