Kep Sur Mer

Kep

Kep Sur Mer is slightly more upscale than most others in the crab-market scene, yet is still great value. The crab cakes and crab amok (a baked seafood dish) are winners, and epitomise the more refined cuisine. Great drinks (half price at happy hour, 5pm to 7pm).
