Love it or hate it, it's impossible to avoid staring at this (supposedly dragon-shaped) complex with Phnom Penh's highest skyscraper (for now) at 187m. Up above is the popular sky bar at Rosewood Hotel. Down below is the city's most luxurious (and least visited) shopping mall, with a roster of the usual high-end brands.
