Probably the cheapest beer on the riverfront, thanks to a generous happy hour that starts at 7am and rumbles on until closing (yea, that's all day!). The US$0.75 draught beer and US$2 cocktails make it hard to pass up. A restaurant as much as a bar, it's a good place to watch the world go by.
