Le Boutier

One of the coolest cocktail bars in Phnom Penh, Le Boutier has an original menu of concoctions that pay homage to Cambodia's golden era of the 1960s, including 'Sinn Sisamouth in the Second City' with bourbon, honey, Averna, coffee and cinnamon. Golden hour kicks off at 5pm with discounted cocktails and two-for-one beers.
