Hops has claimed a big slice of the craft-beer action in Phnom Penh thanks to its flashy beer garden with casino-style lighting and snazzy pool tables. German-run, it follows the 500-year-old purity law of brewing, though hardcore beer buffs say the place is more style than substance. Tipples include wheat beer Amber Witch and Hops IPA, while the menu is predominantly Mitteleuropa.
