Great-value Billabong may be near Psar Thmei, but it's an oasis of calm by comparison. Stylish rooms surround an open courtyard with a large swimming pool in the middle. Aim for the ground-level pool-view rooms, which have private verandahs and more space compared with rooms at the back. The newer dorms make for some bargain boutique beds.
