Run by a Japanese couple who operated pop-up kitchens in Australia, Riceholic specialises in making its own seasonings and a traditional koji (fermented sauce) from Battambang rice. The menu offers speciality ramen with a healthy tonkotsu broth made from cashew nut, plus delicious sushi and gyoza also feature on the menu.
