This friendly, long-running hotel makes a decent base camp, with modern, reasonably priced lodging, but take a look at a few rooms as some are a bit cramped and dark. The restaurant serves good traditional dishes (mains CVE650 to CVE1450), and its Calhau branch is the best place to be on Sundays.
