Harry Pisek

São Paulo State

Chef Pisek studied the art of sausage-making in Germany and is celebrated for his homemade production (he often takes home best German restaurant in Brazil accolades), which he serves up in his cozy restaurant complete with Teutonic decor. His namesake signature sausage plate (R$120) is a good, if expensive, introduction that serves two.
