Every Sunday the Praça Benedito Leite in the historical center hosts this market fair. Stalls selling traditional meals, cheese, fresh vegetables, dry goods and handicrafts set up on the plaza, while vans selling fast food and microbrews park around the perimeter. Live music and dance performances on the big stage create a party-like atmosphere.
