Casa do Tambaqui

The Amazon

Tambaqui is a huge river fish with succulent white meat, often served grilled and sem espinhas (without bones). That's the specialty here, with dishes for two to five people. The menu has no individual plates, so come with a friend (or else very hungry). The dining room looks across the street to the old railway station and the Rio Madeira.
